Step1: Laser engrave 3mm black acrylic then cut
Laser engrave and cut black acrylic. Settings my differ on your machine.

Step2: 1st piece of frame
Cut out and score this part. I used ¼ plywood but you can use whatever size you want

Step3: 2nd piece of frame
Cut out the frame for the acrylic to go into. Glue this piece on to the previous part and lin it up on the scoring.

Step4: 3rd piece of frame
Place the laser engraved piece into parts 1&2. Stain these parts to whatever you like then glue them in place lining them up to the scoring from the previous part.
