With this project the original file was an image, there wasn't much control to change anything so i had to completely redo the entire file. I first started with the original and set to edit it.

The first thing was to edit, i selected the eraser to remove the original name, with the eraser size set to a small circle it was quite easy to remove the name.

In this step I wanted to remove the original image altogether, in order to do this but keep it there I used the trace feature this let me maintain the original look but the cleaner new version. Once this was transferred over I deleted the original. Then it was a matter of creating a new name, in this case I went with Marie so I could gift this to my wife when finished. Once the name was in place it was off to the laser to be engraved.

Now with a very new look and name it was ready to give this to my wife for her next drink….
