Let's complete this simple and lovely puzzle together.
Start the machine, open the xTool Creative Space on the computer, drag in the required XCS file, adjust the parameters.
Install the inkjet nozzle and get ready to first spray ink to color the materials. Click on the canvas of the pattern that needs to be colored. Select the processing mode "Inkjet Printing" in the XCS software. Click on the upper right corner to plot points for the processing area. Automatically measure the distance. Click on "Image Adjustment" - max out the clarity and increase the brightness by 10. Finally, run along the border to make sure there is no problem with the processing area and then start processing. Wait until the processing is completed and then start Step 2.
Don't touch the materials that have been colored in Step 1 to avoid any displacement. Switch and install the laser head. Select the laser plane processing mode, choose 3mm basswood board as the material, and keep the parameters at default. First, perform line engraving on the lines once to facilitate subsequent manual coloring (if manual coloring is not required, this step can be ignored). Then cut the vector graphics on Canvas 1 along the lines. For the image colored in Step 1, choose not to execute it.
Put away the puzzle pieces that have been processed above, replace them with new 3mm basswood boards, and then process the vector graphics on Canvas 2 one by one along the lines. After that, you can manually color the outer frame of the vehicle or leave it uncoloured.
