Gaming Dice tray sublimated onto wooden base.

Step one, cut out tray assemabley. 

Print image onto sublimation paper. Put 2 even coats of minwax polycrylic onto base piece. Once polycrylic is fully dry sublimate image onto base piece. Set sublimation press to 375 deg.400 deg. time 60 seconds. Run in press, then wash paper off of wood. I use a green scrubber to clean it.

The final assembly can be done with CA or wood glue. I used CA glue on this one. Once dry I put 2 coats of polycrylic on the whole tray. Or it can be painted.
