Step1

Wooden Carved Coaster instruction: step 1 -

STEP1. Import designing documents and verify the size,processing position and processing mode.Put fraxinus mandshurica plywood and colored PVC in the laser device one by one. Cut the plywood as the surface layer by laser and the colored PVC sheets by blade.

Attention:The documents of pictures are designed by 3mm fraxinus mandshurica plywood and colored PVC sheets. If the types and thickness of materials you choose are different from that, please adjust the laser processing parameters according to the actual material.

STEP2 . Connect the base board with the PVC sheet by latex or superglue first, then glue the top board with the PVC sheet.
