Insert circle from xcs. Locate the insert icon select circle Using google or your favorite browser Let’s search 4 inch to millimeter You should see a value of 101.6 On browser  Let’s add that to the H square located at top of screen and  Add 84.4  on w on xcs   Located at the top of xcs software  Labeled H and W at the top of the screen  Now find material settings  Select 3 mm base wood  Select circle with mouse  Then locate processing type select cut  Setting should be  100 percent power  And 12 percent speed  

Goto file Insert another circle using same setting as before   H 101.6 w 84,4 as before. Select import image 

Find butterfly image on your computer svg file format.Select open  Place in middle of circle  

Select cut  Power 100 percent  Speed 12 percent  For both circle and butterfly settings  
 Now to add a special touch  Let’s add a name Insert your own name or a friends name  Click on text icon find whatever font you wish  Then set processing type to engrave  Settings should be  Power 15 percent  Speed 130 percent Step completed  Now select process  

Place 12 x 19 foam backing  Using same circle pattern Take out all design’s butterfly and name  Insert foam  

Make sure each coaster has the butterfly that was cut with same cut from machine  This is key to ensure the butterfly will go inside  coaster  After painting let dry  

Make sure each coaster has the butterfly that was cut with same cut from machine  this is key to ensure the butterfly will go inside  coaster  After painting let dry   Use glue and put a generous amount on your solid coaster  Then using your finger smooth out glue Make sure to cover all area   Now rake the cut half of butterfly place over the top of solid coaster  Now place painted butterfly  inside coaster  Now take foam Circle  Using same method as before  Place generous amount of glue back side or bottom of coaster Smooth out glue Place foam circle on back  Now flip back over let dry  

Finished product  Make as many as you wish  Note photo has four coasters for reference
