Information

A lightsaber vector turned into a layered wall decoration. I cut the lightsaber into two pieces to fit it in my f1ultra but if you have a conveyer or a bigger xtool laser you can use the version that’s not cut in half and upscale accordingly. I painted the layers before glueing it together.

Instruction

1

Step1: Upscale accordingly

On my F1 ultra since I do not have a fan under the materials being cut I use a low laser setting to avoid wood burning but adjust at your own desire. Once they’re done being cut its just glueing the thinner cut over the base plate and you can paint the wood to match Obi wans lightsaber if you want.

2

Step2: Engrave and cut settings

If you’re using 3mm basswood feel free to use my settings for the cut and engraving if not adjust accordingly.

3

Step3: Processing

Once it’s at the scale you want and you’re happy with the settings process.

4

Step4: Paint and glue

Once it’s all cut you can paint the pieces and then glue it together or you can leave it without paint.
