Dont forget to choose the extension kit option on the side.

To get the size you want will depend on the font and word you use. Not all fonts and words will have the sime size and they wont look the same.

Since I had a 12 x 24 wood sheet, I made a 12 x 24 square to see how the word will cut on that size of sheet before cutting. This will also determine the size of the word.
