With Autumn comes leaves changing color with signs of winter in the forecast.
Instruction
Step1: Designing Image
Step 1) I brought an autumn image to start this project into XCS software.
Step2: Adjusting image
Step 2) This step was to adjust image for engraving, it was set to gray scale and was lightened up with the gray scale slider. The image itself was also resized.
Step3: outline creation
Step 3) In this step a rectangle was created to become the outline of the image, cut from the ¼" plywood.
Step4: Adding Text
Step 4) Now we will add the wording to go directly on top of the engraved image. This text was adjusted to and sized with the list of options on the right. This text was set to score so light up over engraved image is easier to achieve.
Step5: Text Cut Out
Step 5) With everything set a second set of wording are created but this time from a different wood, 1/8" mahogany they will be cut out to be glued on top of image where the score lines were created.
Step6: Finished Image with lettering
Complete image with lettering Colors are a changin is a huge fall statement!
