      Ok let's face it, it can get hot during the summer, what better way to help cool off is to have a personal fan. Here is one that is 2 sided with a nice multi colored engraving.

Step1: Creating the Fan

Step 1) First thing is to create a circle, then from the shapes list a angled square was selected, it was then stretched to shape a handle. at the end of this handle a smaller circle was also added along with even a smaller circle to make a hole to hang when not in use.

Step2: Create Xart image

Step 2) With the Xart generator a picture image was created asking for a pleasant picnic view, this image was then edited to the shape of a circle. it was then brought into the XCS software.

Step3: Resizing image to fit fan

Step 3) Once the Xart image was created in the software it is resized to fit the fan properly.

Step4: Adding a Name

Step 4) With the handle of the fan all ready a name was added, this was set to be engraved as well.

Step5: Laser machine at work and glue up.

Step 5) when the laser was finished doing it's thing the 2 pieces were removed and a spray adhesive was added to each piece on the back side, once waiting for the glue's recommended time they were pressed together to create the 2 sided personal summer air fan.

Step6: Finished up and in action.

Step 6) Once the 2 pieces were glued together the fan was ready to help cool off someone in the summer heat.
