Santa and Elf Design

This is set up to engrave a total of 3 times. Each time is a different layer with different LPC but same power and speed. This helps to provide a better 3d illusioned engrave. 
Each layer is a different color. The bottom layer is purple, the middle layer is dark blue and the top layer is light blue. This needs to be set to engrave in that order. To do this:

1. Go to the bottom left of your screen and select the layer and objects tab. Make sure to organize the colors with the first to be engraved at the top (Purple), dark blue in the middle and light blue at the bottom. (See photo 1)
2. Then go to the bottom right and select the 3 dots by the Process button. Under the menu that pops up, under “Processing Path” select “User Defining”. Then select the “By Layer” Button to turn it on. (See photo 2)

Should you want to cut it out, add a border and be sure to change its color to something other than the ones above and move this color to the very bottom in step 1 above so it is the last item processed.

I engraved this on a piece that went on the side of a stand I made to hold my ornaments. (you can find this stand here: https://projects.xtool.com/project/11404 which also includes this side with the santa and elf on it)

You can use it whereever you would like though.
Due to the 3 engravings to process, it will take a bit of time but the results are very nice. 

Keep in mind that the settings provided are for the P2 on 3mm birch. If you are using a different material and/or a different machine, you may need to adjust your settings accordingly. 

I recommend keeping the LPC the same and just adjusting your power/speed for the material/machine you are using.
