Step1: AImake

Step 1) Open AImake and create an image to your liking, once found summit to XCS software

Step2: Prepare Image

Step 2 ) Now that the mage is within xcs set to inkjet printing, this is where you can adjust the image for crisp clean printing. Once happy then set the intensity and start printing on the gloss photo paper that has been glued to the birch plywood.

Step3: Cutting The Puzzle

Step 3) Now with the help of a different program I have generated a puzzle and have it as an SVG. this can be sized to fit the image printed earlier to match. Once setting are adjusted the inkjet module is swapped out for the laser module and the cutting can begin.

Step4) Now that the laser has cut the puzzle pattern all that is let to do is enjoy making the puzzle with the whole family.
