This is a remix of the F1U Baseplate Jig with an add on for a jewelry jig. Note, this is a tutorial and the measurements of the jewelry are unknown. Please size yours according to the piece you are making.
Follow the video instructions.
Prerequisite: Know the dimensions of your jewelry piece
This uses a backer element with pass thru for a cuff link. If you do not need a pass thru, please feel free to delete the circle cutout element
Piece two is to help hold the cuff link in this scenario “in the jig” as the hole is smaller. Its a required piece.
I don't know the official size of the bolts, I've heard M4 but don't quote me
Spacers are used to make the piece taller off the surface. Alternatively you could purchase spacers or make your own by drilling a thicker piece of material.
I primarily use scrap 3mm plywood from other projects.
