- Type “L” “V” “E”
- Insert small heart
- Select all objects and align by middle
- Select all four objects and create an outline around all objects
- as shown in 2nd photo
- Add a half circle and create an outline around that as well
- select both objects and make compound vector
- Bring half circle over to the left side of the outline and make sure its overlapping a bit
- select both objects and “unite” as shown in 3rd photo

- You can do this by creating a mask with the heart
