First, you need to customise this topper.

To do this use the template to add the ‘mr/mrs’ and the ‘surname’ for the wedding couple. 

Highlight the text and weld them together.

Next, highlight the text again and create an outline. Confirm the outline and set to cut.  Do this for both text boxes.

Once you are happy with the text, take the out line of the texts and place them in the round topper. Adjesy the sizes so that they fit onto the topper. You will need to make sure that they touch each side of the circle so that they are sturdy.

Once you are happy with the placement select the design and the two outlines and unite them.

Set them to cut to your desired settings

Cut the main part of the design out in a lighter coloured wood. Put this to one side.

Make sure that the main part of the topper is set to ignore and highlight the two tewo boxes.

Make sure to set them to output.

Double check that the text fits well onto the outline that you adjusted. Alter if needed.

Check your settings and cut the names out onto a darker piece of wood.

Remove from the base plate

Glue the text onto the main part of the cake topper and wait to dry.
