      Ideal for a laugh, a gift, or just to sprinkle your holiday season with a bit of rebellious spirit, this coaster is the fun poke at holiday traditions we all need. 

So, why wait for Santa when you can bring the party right to your tabletop and keep it ring-free in the process? 

Deck the halls and save Santa the trip with this hilariously naughty coaster.

Step1: Loading the Coaster
Preview
  • Power on the X1 Machine, ensuring that all safety checks are in place before operation.
     
  • Obtain a rock coaster that you intend to process.
     
  • Open the loading compartment of the X1 Machine.
     
  • Carefully place the rock coaster into the designated holder or platform within the X1 Machine.
     
  • Ensure that the coaster is aligned properly. The coaster should sit flat and securely within the holder, with no edges protruding or misaligned. If necessary, adjust the coaster's position until properly secured and aligned.

Step2: Selecting Coaster Settings in XCS
  • Launch the XCS (X1 Control Software) on the connected computer or control panel.
     
  • Navigate to the materials or product selection section within the XCS interface.
     
  • From the list of available materials or products, make sure "Rock Coaster" is selected. Confirm your selection.
     
  • Review any material-specific settings that may appear to ensure they match the requirements for processing a rock coaster. In this instance we have used Power 30% and Speed 100.

Step3: Running the Attached File
  • Locate the file attached to the work order or instructions. This file contains the specific design, engraving, or cutting pattern to be applied to the rock coaster.
     
  • Within XCS, navigate to the file execution or run section.
     
  • Upload or select the previously located file from the software interface.
     
  • Preview the file if a feature is available to ensure correct operation is about to commence.
     
  • Once satisfied, press the “Run” or “Start” button to initiate the process. Monitor the machine's operation to ensure everything proceeds as planned.

Step4: Safety Precautions
  • Always wear appropriate safety gear, such as safety glasses and gloves, when operating the X1 Machine.
     
  • Do not attempt to adjust the coaster or machine settings while the X1 Machine is in operation.
     
  • Ensure the machine's emergency stop button is easily accessible in case of an unexpected issue.

Step5: Troubleshooting
  • Coaster Misalignment: If the coaster is not correctly aligned, pause the operation and realign the coaster as instructed in Step 1.

 

  • Incorrect Settings: Double-check that "Rock Coaster" is selected in the XCS to prevent improper operation.
