Summary

My son got his black belt in Taekwondo.  So I found this file on ETSY and cut it out with my xtool D1 pro 20w.

3mm Basswood Plywood
I purchased 1/4 inch plywood from Home Depot for the main parts of the sign. And used 11.8x7.9inch thin basswood off amazon for the lettering.
