create 4 circles

a circle of 10.67 mm

and 3 1.4 mm circles that will be where we will place the rings to join the pieces.

then select the image and add a 1 outline

To join my earring with the green piece I chose a small hoop and to join the green piece and the purple one I decided on a larger hoop
