Step1: Load the Project
Start by importing your Halloween earring design into the xTool software. You can either use a ready-made template or create your own spooky shapes and patterns. This is where you can customize the earrings to your liking with fun Halloween-themed designs like pumpkins, bats, or ghosts.
Step2: Configure Settings
Set up your project by configuring the xTool M1 settings to suit your materials. You'll need three layers: one for engraving detailed patterns, another for cutting the earring shapes from 3mm Birch Plywood, and a third for adding decorative scoring lines. Be sure to check your power and speed settings to ensure clean, precise cuts and engravings.
Step3: Painting and Epoxy Finish and Assemble the Earrings
After the earrings are cut and engraved, it’s time to add color! Paint your Halloween earrings in festive shades like orange, black, or purple. Once the paint is completely dry, apply a thin layer of epoxy resin for a glossy finish. Make sure to follow all epoxy safety precautions (⚠️ Safety Tip: Wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated space).
