Step1: Placement
To start, select the back of the acorns and set them to ignore.
Next place the veneered wood into the laser, place the three front designs on the material using the camera, ensure hte material is set to cut the wood you are using and process the design.
Once cut, take the design out the bed and weed the front of each acron. Set these to the side
Step2: Backs
Now place the MDF into the machine.
Ensure the backs are set to output and the front is set to ignore. Place the image over the material and cut these out.
Remove from laser bed.
Step3: Tissue paper
Using glue and tissue paper, coat the backs with a layer of glue, carefully place the tissue paper over the top of each acorn adn apply another layer of glue.
Allow to dry completely and then file the excess tissue paper off of the acorns.
Step4: Assemble
Once the back layer has dried, glue the front of each acorn to the corresponding back, place clamps onto the acorns so that the lyers adhere to each other.
Once dry, you can display in your home.
