Step1: What you will need
You will need macarons just out of the fridge for a better result. You can also engrave them at room temperature.

Step2: Instructions
Believe it or not you are going to get different results depending on the colour of your macaron. You will have to play with speeds of 30 to 40 as some of them will engrave much lighter than others.

Step3: Enjoy!
The result is a beautiful caramelised design finish and very detailed. Perfect for logos or sentiments. I would say the finish will look nicer with darker colours. This is the perfect gift or product for personalisation.
