Step1: Design

For this project I used the same Idea as for the business cards but now only in bigger scale to make sure it works with flyers that are always starts at DIN A6. So this needs more stability to hold them in place. 

I choosed to use these flowers from the xtool library and create a mirrored design to get a kind of growing plant. This part is going to be engraved.

If you like you can copy the flower design and place in same spot to use this path as cut line but I like it when engravings have a lttle white border so I used the offset feature to create 3mm of border.

Red = Cut

Black = Engraving

When it's finished engraving I started the air assist on mid settings to get clean cut.

Step3: Assembling

Add glue to base plate and side to stick together. You only need to repeat it one time and your done with the assembling. It's very easy.

You could also use this when scaling smaller for business cards but I like it for some flyers to make them stand out bit more and it adds a lovely detail.
