a mix of cartoon and real life. This is a print and cut then an engrave and cut all with the M1 Ultra.
Instruction
Step1: The Set Up
Step 1) This project starts with an AImake image of a cartoon character of a girl. It is outlined so it can be cut out afterwards. The outline is also released from vector so it can be broken into pieces. This is needed as the print portion of the project will have a cut line the exact same size as the face area. So the face can be replaced with a picture of a real girl.
Step2: The Face
Step 2) Now the engraved cartoon portion is set it is time to do the face. This will be printed using the inkjet module and then cut with the 20w module. when finished they go together as one fitting into each other like an inlay.
Step3: laser machine.
Step 3) Now the laser machine engraves the cartoon part then cuts it out including the face area, the the module is changed to print the girl's actual face. Then the next thing is to change back to the 20w module to cut the face out to fit the cartoon.
