Can also be personalised, see instructions for details
This topper can be cut without personalising. For this skip this step and start on step 2.
To add a name, first type the name into the programme. If needed weld it together to make it flow.
Select the whole name and add a small outline of 2mm.
Separate the name from the outline. Cut the name in one shade of wood and the backing in the second shade.
Once cut, glue the name to the backing and let dry.
To make the topper.
Cut the backing out of one shade of wood. Here we used the lighter shade.
Once this has cut, place the darker shade in the machine. Cut out the ‘Happy Birthday’ lettering and remove from the laser.
Glue the lettering onto the back of the topper. Leave to dry.
If you are not personalising the topper then this is the final step.
Once both parts are dry, glue the name onto the topper where ever you feel it fits the best. Allow to dry.
The topper is finished.
