Step1: Cut all the shapes
You can use my settings, and my letters, or feel free to change it.

Step2: Paint the banners and the letters

Use acrylic paint to paint all parts. I made it orange-black; feel free to make them different.
Wait until it's completely dried out.

Step3: Glue them together

With wood glue, or superglue, place the letters to the center of the small banners.
