Information
      Very interesting puzzle decompression mini-game,I played in a gym a long time ago, and I can't forget it; After having the opportunity to contact the xtool machine, I suddenly wanted to make a toy of my own! I successfully found the description of the game on the Internet, the description describes its development and principle in detail, and then I made its drawings. Welcome to communicate with partners who are interested in this kind of game!

Instruction
1
Step1: Connect your machine and import drawings into xcs

First of all, you need to prepare the drawings and materials, and connect the machines you have;The drawing is divided into the lid, building block, frame and base of the puzzle toy.

2
Step2: Machining base and building blocks

The bezel and block are laser cut, and the name on the base can be customized to your name, or other interesting patterns! You can try using the shape gallery provided by XCS, there are multiple choices, pattern selection laser engraving. When you are worried that your acrylic material can not be cut through at one time, you can slow down the speed on the basis of the recommended parameters, such as I use P2 processing, in the actual processing, the power is 100%, I adjust the speed to 16mm/s (the recommended parameter is 20mm/s).

When processing blocks, I tried to cut each size block separately and directly cut the complete 10*10cm board; I found that cutting each block separately would lead to certain errors in the final splicing effect, which could not achieve the unique tight seam of Calibron. I don't think it's accurate enough to process the blocks individually, and I recommend cutting the whole block directly, if you use P2 like I do; Note that the blade at the bottom of the machine should be as dense as possible; The drawer should be closed to prevent fire.

Step3: Finish the border and lid

The border was much easier to work with. In order to make a lid for easy storage, I processed two layers of the border and glued them together at the end to make the border deeper than the blocks, and carved the original name of the game in the bottom right corner of the border.

When machining the lid, I machined the standard answer on the back of the lid! This will help increase the confidence of partners who have never played this game before! The lid can directly use the acrylic in the middle of the processing border, so that there is no waste of material, you can make a simple bump for your lid, easy to close and pick up the lid;

The lid can be carved with any pattern you like, as long as your machining parameters are set correctly!

Step4: matters need attention

⚠️:The lid can be carved with any pattern you like, as long as your machining parameters are set correctly! Before processing

⚠️:Acrylic processing will produce unpleasant gas, please pay attention to ventilation, while acrylic is flammable materials, please pay attention to the fire problem

🦄️:Blocks made of colored acrylic with some transparency look better!
