Set up on flat bed with honey comb. Use air assist to keep burning low.

There are 2 passes the first is the engraving of the images and the second is the cut pass. My setting are for 3mm Bass wood (Solid) it could also be done on laminate woods or acrylic (3mm opaque black) you would most likely need to adjust settings or do some testing. 

After they are cut I sanded with 220 grit paper to smooth and remove some of the charing. Then I used a couple coats of Satin clear coat spray paint to seal and smooth the over all feel. Let dry completely and they will be ready to use.
