Take the screws and put them through the holes in the base of the doorbell, put the plastic spacers on the screws, then use a screwdriver to tighten the screws to fix the bell and the screws.
Pass the string through the larger hole in the bead and tie a knot at the bottom.
Pass the other end of the rope through the hole of the hook on the base, adjust the length of the rope to the right length and tie the knot to fix it, then use scissors to cut off the excess thread.
