Information
Made a welcome sign for myself. Started with the D1, since the disc didn't fit in the P2. Engraved the windmill first and when starting with the word, it was bigger for some reason and i stopped it. To solve the misprint, i created a separate piece for the word welcome and cut out the cows separate also and did that with the P2.

Then inserted the cows and did an outline. Set the engrave settings for the cows and then the settings for the cut outline.

When all that was done, i made an outline for the word *welcome* and set it to score and the outline to cut.

I had the basswood masked, so after it was scored and cut out, i removed the inside of the letters and painted it with acrylic paint.

Then removed the masking tape after the paint was dry.

Once all the pieces were done, i set the strip of the *welcome* word in place with double sided adhesive and did the same with the cows.

And this is how it looks completed. I added a eye screw on top with some rope to hang it up.
