      I made this before and really liked it. So, when I needed to come up with a quick idea, I looked at what I had available and what I could make in a short amount of time. The theme was Powerpuff Girls, so I came up with this.

Step1: open the file and ajust the templet

when  you open the  templet you wil get 2 pages.

The first one is an extra from the original design I made.

For the second one, you will get the template from the picture.

Start by adjusting the tic-tac-toe boards to your preferred size, and then begin cutting them.

 

Next, start with the pins.

You can also add your own design to it if you like. :)
