Information

Found myself needing to do 50 or so dog tags, use this template, burn it to 12" bit of wood and then lay a second piece below it (glue down) It will allow you to quickly place and replace a mass of units

Place your stock and cut the outline

2

Step2: Add Backing plate

Once it is cut, you can then place a second layer behind it, glue together. let the glue set overnight.

3

Step3: Place new tags and use layout to align printable area

Once you have the set piece ready, place it back down with the bottom and edge aligned. Then you can place dog tag blanks into the slots. there are guidelines on one layer that will show you where the non-printable segment is (top around the hole for hanging it, and bottom in the curved region) there are no hard lines it is a guidance item.

Once again, run a test to validate that your are getting a clean burn on the dogtags you are using.
