First step I cut orange acrylic using power setting 100 speed power 7 and 3 passes

Orange acrylic is for sign, eyes. and mouth.

Second step I cut Black acrylic using power 100 speed 5 and 2 passes for creatures and letters and trick or treat signs to place on arms of nut.

Third step I cut Nut character from 3mm bass ply wood along with arms.Power 85 speed 5 and 1 pass.

Once everything was cut I glued the nut and arms on to the Orange acrylic frame using gorilla acrylic glue, once set I glued orange circles for eyes and mouth once dried I glued black circle for inside eyes and mouth.

I then glued all little characters around the frame in a circle along with the black acrylic letters on the scroll.

I then glued the trick or treat signs to the arms 

I then attached the rope twine through top holes 

Project is then finished ready to hang.

Please be cautious while operating your machine using acrylic make sure plenty of ventilation including a mask to be wore during cutting.
