      Was asked to make a baby mobile with animals on it, I choose to use the M1 Ultra and it's inkjet module to get the full color effect. These are 2 sided so they are the same on both sides.

Step1: Design Stage 1

Step 1 ) Entered in 5 different animal characters to be printed with the M1 Ultra inkjet module, they was a left and a right side needed so it was done with more than one piece of wood. As you can see, they were outlined with a very little offset so when cut out they end up the proper shapes of the animals.

Step2: Designing the mobile hanging

step 2) This step is to create the hanging mobile arches. This was done from a shape from the shape list of the half circle. With the size set a second one a slight bit smaller was placed inside the larger one to create the arch by using the subtract button. One this was done I copied them and made a second set fit inside the first set to become a cross. them the pieces were made in triple and glued together for thickness. Small round hole were added for the hanging of the strings and were glued to each end.

Step 3) Once all the animals were printed, they were then cut out using the laser module. Then each of them were glued back to back to become one with an animal on each side. Then the arches were all put together with glue having 3 for each size they became thicker. once all together the ends were glued on with the holes for hanging. After all of this dried the animals were added with string
