Glass preparation: Started with glass plaque. Painted with black acrylic paint. Nothing special. Same paint from local craft store. Allow to dry completely.

Footprint was taken from photo of baby's inked footprint on paper. 

For other images: once image was imported and cropped in xTool, went to ‘Edit image'. Used Magic Want to erase background along with Eraser tool for fine details. 

Bitmap image: selected ‘Black-and-White’ and adjusted sharpness/Grayscale as needed. 

Place rectangle around glass plaque and then center/position footprint and text. 

Once image is positioned, selected the outlining rectangle and set to ‘Ignore’ for processing. 

Settings for engraving taken from xTool Material settings Library website (https://easyset.xtool.com/materials/1555?t=1726265576012&source=searchResult).

Once processed, washed glass plaque and rubbed remaining acrylic paint off. 

Then enjoy.
