Step1

First, I develop the design in Creative space.  I take a picture of the design and send it to the potential customer for their approval.  Once approved, I select the type of cooler that the customer would like.   I then take all the measurements for that cooler and custom cut it the cedar wood according to the measurements.

My legs are 36" high.

I then assemble the wood around the cooler using 1-inch nails with a nail gun.  I leave the front and top off the cooler off until I laser the image on them.

I then take the cedar, and carefully put it into the xtool - p2 laser with the front open due to the size of the wood.

I then measure the center of the area, and by judging what I what I think looks good.

I then start the lasering process.

I first did the mustang and ignoring for Ford icon.  Once completed, I put the top cedar into the laser.

I hen, ignore the mustang image and enable the Ford Icon.  Then laser that onto the cedar.

Once all the engraving has been done, I go back to the cooler and attach the top and front using a nail gun.

I then treat the cedar wood with Valspar to protect it from the elements.

Deliver to customer.
