Wooden Maple Charm

Import the file into the XCS software. The drawing file has 3 canvases(the top, middle, and base layer respectively). Arrange designs on the wooden board, as depicted in the picture. Click auto-measure, fine-tune the parameters, and click process to frame the cutting range. When completed, start cutting.

The cutting is completed, as shown in the picture.

After the cutting is completed, as shown in the picture, glue the bottom and middle layers together with woodworking glue.

Lastly, assemble the top parts of the maple leaf charm.

NOTE

1.Once the assembly is finished, it is advisable to apply wood glue to the joints for added strength.

2.The assembly process should pay attention to the alignment of the parts first and then paste.
