Week 1 Task "Children's Day Travel Mug Gift"

Step 1) An SVG file of a design was brought into the work area with the image button, it then was surrounded by a radius shape the same size as the leather patch used. This shape was selected from the shape list and size was adjusted accordingly.

A second item was brought into the work area and it is the image of the 20oz stainless steel tumbler used for this gift. This to is sized to the exact measurements as the actual tumbler. This is used to visually see what the design will look like on the tumbler. ( A very helpful aid)

Step 2) Once the design is placed onto the tumbler and the placement is satisfactory the settings are adjusted, This will be all engraving once this s complete the leather patch is sent to the laser machine. I set the original start point in the top left corner for easy framing.
