Information
      I used my S120W to cut coaster blanks using black cast acrylic. I left the paper on during the cut. I peeled the paper off one side, did the acrylic pour on it and let it dry. I then sealed them with clear resin and let them dry. To remove the resin drips, I heated up the plastic on the bottom and peeled it off. I cut custom cork or felt backs with my XTool for the back, but they can also be left with no backer. Everyone loves them.

Step1: Choose Heart Shape from XCS

Choose Heart Shape from XCS and size to your liking. When expanding, hold down shift to ensure it resizes correctly. I use about a 4 to 4.5" heart.

Step2: Duplicate and Arrange

Copy and paste your hearts to ensure you have as many arranged as you would like to cut.

Step3: Mark your cutting area

Use XCS to mark the area you will be cutting and ensure your shapes are in that area. I like to add small things like earring shape SVGs to my negative space so I don't waste it. Make sure you set your distance sensor.

Step4: Cut Settings

Highlight all on the sheet or layer and set to cut at 100% power, 3 speed, 1 pass. Some suggest that turning air assist off is helpful. I have ha  good results with that, but I also use my xTool inlin fan.
