My topic is "Flowers that Coexist with People",which is a laser cut potted ornament that can interact with people. When we place our hands on both sides of a flower, it will bloom and be accompanied by beautiful lights. But when we take our hands away, the petals will close and the lights will go out. The meaning of this work is: to encourage people to realize that humans and the environment can coexist, and that we should care for the environment and protect nature.
Cut according to the "FlowersStructure" drawing, paying attention to the distinction between "short parts" and "long parts" in the parts. Short parts should be installed on disks with fewer small spaces, while long parts should be installed on disks with more small spaces.
Cut according to the drawing "flowerpot" and assemble the flowerpot box. Then stick the flower frame installed in the first step together with the flowerpot, as shown in the picture.
The opening and closing of flowers use the servo of the “Makeblock” combined with a thermal motion sensor to detect the temperature of the human hand, and then control the opening and closing of the flowers. A light plate was used in the center of the flower.
I use wrinkle paper and double-sided tape, you can choose the material you like or conveniently obtain.
