      With this project you will learn how to make door signs in acrylic and taylor it to your design.

Step1: What you will need

For this project you will need black acrylic 3mm wide or any other acrylic colour you will like to choose.

Step2: Instructions

Just place your acrylic on your laser bed. I would recommend to lift your acrylic with little magnets or 4 pieces of acrylic so that the laser beam can breath and the acrylic does not get stuck to the laser bed. It is also very important to focus the laser properly to avoid any flames or burnt marks.

 

Cut your acrylic with these settings: Power: 100% Speed: 3 I recommend 3 or four passes.

Step3: Enjoy!

Once you cut your piece, just place it about a door frame and you are done. Enjoy!
