With this acrylic project you will learn how to make acrylic cake toppers with your xTool laser machine. I love working with acrylic so I wish I could have a P2 but I don't so I have to make the most of my xTool F1 and so you can with your M1, M1 ULTRA, S1 models. This is perfect gift for weddings or as wedding favours.

Step1: What you will need
For this project you will need red acrylic 3mm wide or any other acrylic colour you will like to choose as well as a tumbler.

Step2: Instructions
Just place your acrylic on your laser bed. I would recommend to lift your acrylic with little magnets or 4 pieces of acrylic so that the laser beam can breath and the acrylic does not get stuck to the laser bed. It is also very important to focus the laser properly to avoid any flames or burnt marks.
Cut your acrylic with these settings: Power: 100% Speed: 3 I recommend 2 to four passes.

Step3: Enjoy!
Now that your piece is cut you can put it on top of your favourite cake and voila! you have a very nice cake topper which you can personalise anytime. On this occasion I spray painted mine in silver to give it a party look.
