There are 8 different designs you can pick from for tic tac toe. You can store the pieces inside with the removable lid. The pieces are colored with fine tip paint markers.

This was cut on 1/8 inch plywood (3mm), but any thickness can be used. This file is intended for scoring and cutting. Engraving it will have an error. It can be resized easily to fit your needs.
