Autumn is just around the corner, create a farmhouse decor item to decorate your home. Color the pumpkins and leaves to reflect the season and finish off with a charming red frame.

Step1: Prepare the Wood

This file has a base and a frame. For the frame I painted the wood with red acrylic paint.
Cut the frame from the red painted wood, then cut and engrave the base from unpainted wood. I wanted a deep engrave on the sign, you can change the LPC if you want less.

Paint the pumpkins in various hues of orange, and the leaves in greens.
Once dry, apply wood glue to the back side of the frame and attach it to the base.
I sealed the pumpkins and leaves with a coat of Mod Podge. Use a sealer of your choice.
