Information
I have built 3 different homes and I can say trim mill work is expensive especially real wood trim. So with the D1 why not add a little extra spice to the trimmings.

Step 1) This Trim project starts with selecting the half circle from the shapes list, it is then copied and pasted and the second one is reversed with the use of the reflect button. Once the second one is flipped over it is carefully over lapped onto the first one creating almost an S shape.

Step 2) Now that the new shape is created it is repeated over and over until there is several in a line.

Step 3) Once there is enough length the entire shape is then united with the combine feature to make the shape all one piece. Once this is complete the size ratio is un-lucked to create a thinner longer shape.

Step 4) Once the shape is in it's desire size the array feature is use to duplicate the shape several times 1 row across. the settings to be cut are set and it is off to the laser machine in this case the D1 20w pro.

Step 5) When the laser has finished they are removed from the machine and a coat of spray paint is added, here a green fast dry is applied. When the paint finally dries it is time to install the new decorative trim. Here is where the trim will be added to the bare area over a sliding door. As you can see it adds just the finest touch of custom trim work. Now granted this was what i designed for trim but having the ability to design whatever you like with the xtool D1 pro is limitless.
