• Open the file in XCS
• Create a text box
  • Add your custom text
  • Select your font and size you text to fit in size the rectangular box by dragging the white boxes in the corner of the text box.
• Change your text to “cut”
• Make sure you move it back outside the rectangle for cutting

• Place your material in your laser
• Auto measure
• Double check your object settings, especially when since you added text making sure its set to cut.

After you pull it from the laser paint your letters and then glue them on.

Sometimes when the letters are little I use craft tweezers to get them right were I want them.
