Step1: Open in XCS and Adding you Text
Preview
- Open the file in XCS
- Create a text box
- Add your custom text
- Select your font and size you text to fit in size the rectangular box by dragging the white boxes in the corner of the text box.
- Change your text to “cut”
- Make sure you move it back outside the rectangle for cutting

Step2: Laser

- Place your material in your laser
- Auto measure
- Double check your object settings, especially when since you added text making sure its set to cut.

Step3: Paint & Assembly

Preview
After you pull it from the laser paint your letters and then glue them on.
Sometimes when the letters are little I use craft tweezers to get them right were I want them.
