The Perfect tag for those of us with food allergies. Plus, this can easily attach to a lunch box for work or school.
Instruction
Step1: Gather your materials
I used an acrylic keychain blank. Note: You can make a circle like this by cutting 63.5mm diameter circle from acrylic.
Get your black acrylic paint ready. I use a matte black acrylic paint pen that dries in moments and no brush to wash.
Optional* prep decal by cutting the same design out of vinyl OR it can be painted
Optional* uv resin and lamp for clear top coat
Step2: prepare material
If using clear or transparent acrylic, I recommend removing any cover and paint BOTH sides with black acrylic paint. Let dry completely.
Step3: Process
Use the framing function to ensure placement is correct and process. You can add another pass for deeper result.
Step4: clean
clean off the black paint with water and dish soap
dry thoroughly
Step5: Optional
*Optional* I added a vinyl decal to get the bright red color I want. You can attach a decal or paint the surface to add some color.
*Optional* I sealed the top with UV resin and let it cure in the lamp for 3 minutes. Clear acrylic sealer also works well
