Assemble hinge pins from 3D print file or source hardware of your choosing. A 5/8 inch long .200 or 13/64 inch. Diameter. You may have to enlarge the holes in hinges slightly.

Step 46:

Assemble hinge pins lock from 3d print file. Use super glue, be careful not to get glue on hinge.

Step 47:

Assemble hinge assemblies into slots

Do not push hinge assemblies in too far. They should be flush with interior of box and lid.

Please assemble parts in order. Parts overlap and interlock, some parts will not be able to be assembled if other parts are assembled first. Dry fit everything before glue up. Trim pieces may need to be rotated 90 degrees. Use clamps and assemble keeping pieces square.
