make sure that it is on the right side when you put it on
do not use too much glue
color the parts beforehand to get an idea of how it will look
i created the sign in affinity designer
the sun was made with the clog tool
the text is created
the waves were created with the path tool
then the sun was moved with the mesh function and the text was adapted to the waves
attention there are 2 layers in the file

red is cut
black is score
attention one part is so small that it flew through my honeycomb :)
first i painted the back plate
be careful to test first if the color is not too opaque otherwise the score lines are gone
Attention
it is easy to overlook whether a part is wrong
it's best to apply the backplate again beforehand so that you don't have to paint twice
here the lines serve as a guideline
when gluing, i helped myself with the small parts by using a schlaschick skewer to spread the glue more easily
