It's just 2 small acrylic switch or wall outlet La Linea decors. 

Cut it and then tape it with double sided tape on the wall or on light switch if the thickness of your material allow it.

One day, my mother and her husband where on holidays and I placed a lots of those decorations everywhere in their house. They loved this surprise when they came back. It took them a while to discover each one.
