Instruction
1
Step1: Open project in XCS
Preview

Open project in XCS 2.0.

I have seperated the assets in different colors :

Blue = Score
Red = Cut
Green = Descriptions ( Not enabled in output )
Yellow = Score (Jig name, you can disable this or customise)

This project is set to use reference materials, so start changing your reference material to what you plan on making this in.

2
Step2: Gluing of first part
Preview

Glue top and connector togeather - alignment is key here - the engraved top and the scored bottom should be oppsosite of eachother.

3
Step3: Clamp them
Preview

MAke shure they are alligned - and then clamp them togeather

4
Step4: Glue next
Preview

Glue and clamp the Bottom part - use the scored line to allign - the scoreing on the bottom should face outwards for next step.

5
Step5: Glue connectors
Preview

Glue the 3 connectors ( I settled with 3 for having my honeycomb in top pisition on the riser ) - this is a variable step and should reflect the least amount of connecotrs used - - you might need more glued togeather to fit your needs.

6
Step6: Last Gluing!
Preview

Almost there ! - this is the last step! glue and clamp!
